Individual Therapy

The choice to begin therapy can be scary. However, I believe it is brave. You, like most people, may be looking for greater awareness into your life experiences, deeper intimacy in your relationships, and more meaningful satisfaction in your life. The therapeutic process can be challenging, but the rewards are well worth the investment.

We will work together to explore presenting problems by focusing on the interactions and beliefs that maintain difficulty. Collaboratively we will work to assess, point out, and challenge faulty thought patterns that often foster anxiety and depression. You will be given the space to explore who you are and what matters to you. Individual therapy can help you explore possible solutions to difficulties and learn to work through cause of distress.
